Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by LuxeLawn Nashua Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
We provide artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Nashua, NH and surrounding areas. Our services include design consultation, site preparation, professional installation, and maintenance support.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the installation process. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive installation warranty. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be provided at the time of installation.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your service agreement up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling impacts. Deposits for custom orders or special materials may be non-refundable.
Property Access and Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to ensure that the site is ready for installation as discussed during consultation. Any pets should be secured during installation. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our installation work.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
